Our experienced staff are fully trained to offer a range of cuts. From the traditional "Fore Rib Bone In" to the modern "Butterflied Leg Lamb".

Favourites are salt beef cured on the premises and dry cured English bacon.

Sausages
Mr Heath's home-made hand linked award winning sausages use a secret recipe handed down from Mr Heath's grand father.

Variations include:

We also pride ourselves on our home-made pork & apple, lamb & mint and beef burgers

J. Heath & Son also offer a small range of deli products, hams that are home cooked on the premises, specially selected cheeses such as cheddar, stilton and brie.

Pies
We also offer 'steak & ale' and 'steak & kidney' home made pies using our pure bred sussex beef.

To accompany our fantastic range of meats we have a range of condiments, pickles and relishes, including the essentials of horseradish and mint sauce.
